Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items back in their original Lucchese packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the protective sole film is intact.
Attach the Label
Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it securely to the outside of your shipping box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days of receipt.
